We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate ForeBrief before paying.

Your satisfaction is our goal. Reach out and we'll make it right.

Because ForeBrief is a subscription, all completed subscription payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

We may, at our discretion, issue a refund in cases of:

• duplicate payments,
• clear technical failure on our side that prevented you from using the service,
• accidental upgrade within 24 hours.

To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your Paddle receipt and we’ll review it.

Since Paddle is our Merchant of Record, some refunds may be processed by Paddle directly.
