The Service helps you manage key contacts and receive alerts/briefings about events related to them (e.g. birthdays, location events, sports results).
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 or older to use the Service.
- You must have the right to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of your company.
3. Your account
- You’re responsible for the security of your account and access credentials.
- You must provide accurate information.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or violate these Terms.
4. Payments & billing
- We use Paddle as Merchant of Record (MoR). Paddle will be the seller of record and may collect taxes/VAT where required.
- Pricing and subscription terms are shown on forebrief.com.
- If a free trial is offered, access after the trial requires a valid payment method.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- We may change prices; changes apply to future billing periods.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to harass, spam, or abuse people;
- try to scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass technical protections;
- use the Service in violation of applicable EU/Bulgarian law;
- resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate access to protect the Service or other users.
6. Intellectual property
- The Service, site design, code, and branding are owned by Worbee Ltd.
- You get a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business/personal purposes.
- You don’t get ownership rights by using the Service.
7. Privacy & data location
- Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
- Data is hosted in the EU (or EEA) or with EU-adequate providers.
- By using the Service, you agree to this processing.
8. Availability & changes
- We aim to keep the Service available, but we don’t guarantee 100% uptime.
- We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
- We may update these Terms; using the Service after the update means you accept the new Terms.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We don’t promise that alerts, feeds, or external data sources will always be accurate, complete, or timely (for example, third-party feeds about earthquakes or sports can fail or change).
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits/revenue/data.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid to us in the 1 month before the claim.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations; in that case, the limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted.
11. Governing law & disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and applicable EU consumer rules.
- Courts of Sofia, Bulgaria will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
